Capacity building for researchers

This section offers a series of thematic training sessions (with corresponding materials) designed for either online or in-person delivery. Each session focuses on specific skills and competences that support researchers engaged in a co-creative ideas generation process for open innovation.

These resources have been developed to complement the KALEIDOS Ideas Generation process, helping researchers progress from initial idea development to practical implementation. More information about the KALEIDOS Ideas Generation Programme is available in the toolkit.

We highly encourage integrating these training sessions into the ideas generation process, as they provide additional knowledge and capabilities that can significantly enhance the success of the process.

In addition, we have included relevant training materials sourced from other projects and initiatives that further enrich this section.

All materials can be found in the supporting documents section.

Objectives

Complement and enhance the KALEIDOS Ideas Generation Programme by providing thematic training sessions and materials that help researchers move from idea conception to feasible, impactful, and implementable solutions.
Strengthen researchers’ transversal skills and competences to effectively support their participation in co-creative ideas generation processes for open innovation.
A part from these two transversal objectives, the specific objectives of the sessions are included in each of the modules that are available in the supporting documents section.
