Those managers are, in the KALEIDOS approach, the key facilitators of the processes and actions required for the implementation of the Toolkit within the organization, for which they will need the complicity, active engagement and collaboration of the institutional leadership and researchers. The Toolkit will require that they work alongside their research ecosystem actors’ network.
The actors in the network will be expected to contribute certain elements, but they will also gain valuable benefits in return. As outlined in the impact section, you will find a clear overview of the incentives for participation.
